TL Sund Constructors, Inc. is a general contracting firm located in Lexington, Nebraska at 707 North Ontario.  Principal owners are Debra Sund, President and Tim Sund, Secretary / Treasurer.  Our business was established in 1985, incorporated in 1987 with six (6) employees.  We have continued to grow and expand our company to approximately twenty-five (25) employees.  We are a safety conscience company with Pam Cochran as our Safety Director.  We started as a primary residential contractor in the 1980’s. We have now diversified, specializing in approximately 80% commercial projects and 20% residential projects.  We are bonded through Gene Lilely Surety Bonds of Lincoln, Nebraska and insured through Inspro Insurance Company of Lincoln, Nebraska.  We act as general contractor primarily, however, we also do subcontracting with other firms.  Our company consists of three (3) divisions:

Concrete Division – the concrete division is headed by Tim Sund and two (2) Project Directors, Travis Sund and Fernanado Rodriguez, a ten (10) year employee. This division specializes in both flat and vertical concrete. We have general contracted many projects through out our area and have also concrete specialized as a subcontractor for many contracting firms through out the United States.

Carpentry Division – the carpentry division is headed by Ryan Johnson, a twelve (12) year employee.  This division has been involved in many projects ranging from residential construction and remodeling to commercial building.  We primarily are general contractors with this division, however have subcontracts with other firms.  We work directly with numerous architectural firms.

Utility Division – the utility division is headed by Terry Montey, a thirty-seven (37) year veteran in the construction business, associated with our business for the past ten (10) years.  The primary work of this division consists of all phases of underground construction, specializing in communications.  We do trenching, excavation, cable plowing, electronic loading and directional boring.  We are a subcontractor for Gaylord Construction, Inc. and CenCon Utility Contractors for the following areas; Lexington, Elwood, Johnson Lake, Elm Creek, Broken Bow, Holdrege, Atlanta, Oxford, Axtell, Minden and Smithfield.
